Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible throughout, with ramp access plus lifts. Three out of the four rooms are hardwood, with one carpeted room.
Can children attend?
Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Children between the ages of 13 and 16 may play in the wargames open play or tournament. Children over 16 may attend to play in the RPG and wargames sections, but may not attend the evening LARP. If children are playing games then they must have a valid ticket.
Can I get a drink on site?
The venue has a payable licensed bar, which also serves soft drinks. Equinox will also be providing free tea, coffee, water and squash for all ticketholders.
Can I eat on site?
The venue has a cafe, which can provide hot and cold food. The convention is also in easy walking distance of a bakery, several pubs and restaurants.
Does the venue have toilets?
There are on site toilets including disabled toilets.
Will I be able to leave and reenter the convention?
Re entry will be possible with a wristband or hand stamp, to allow people to use the facilities of the local high street.
